Yana was my beloved precious Calico rescue cat who struggled to find her forever home for 13 years. Yana grew from a very timid cat to affectionate, loving and my best friend. I loved you with all my heart. Yana is now in heaven with the angels where there is peace and no sadness, sorrow or pain. There is now a program dedicated in memory of Yana, modeled after her life story, to help other special needs cats who are struggling to find a home along with a room now dedicated to Yana’s memory at a local animal shelter. I was so proud of everything Yana accomplished in spite of her many surrenders in life. Yana is now at peace that she always deserved.
